稀土对东北大豆叶片脯氨酸含量的影响

【摘要】 以大豆东农42和东农47为试验材料,采用盆栽方式,利用茚三酮显色,甲苯萃取分光光度法测定,研究在苗期、开花期分别喷施不同浓度稀土元素La(Ⅲ)和Ce(Ⅲ)对大豆叶片脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明:La(Ⅲ)和Ce(Ⅲ)在一定浓度下均能促进大豆叶片脯氨酸的合成,且La(Ⅲ)的促进作用好于Ce(Ⅲ),开花期处理好于苗期;对于大豆东农42和东农47,开花期的120 mg·L-1La Cl3处理,脯氨酸含量均达到最大值分别为13.33和13.84μg·g-1,二者增幅分别为10.20%和13.63%,与对照之间均呈显著性差异。

【Abstract】 The soybeans Dongnong 42 and 47 were used as experiment materials with planting in the pot. The effect of La3 +and Ce3 +among different concentrations on proline content in the seedling stage,flowering stage was studied with ninhydrin color,toluene extraction spectrophotometry. The results showed,La3 +and Ce3 +at certain concentrations could promote the synthesis of proline of two kinds of soybeans,and La( Ⅲ) role in promoting better than Ce( Ⅲ),spraying in the flowering stage better than seedling stage: for soybean Dongnong 42 and 47,under120 mg·L- 1La Cl3 treatment in the flowering stage,maximum proline content of two kinds of soybeans was 13. 33 and 13. 84 μg·g- 1,both increased 10. 20% and 13. 63%,and showed significant differences comparing CK.
