【Abstract】 The paper discusses building rich cyber source in the campus net through making full use of the idle bandwidth, at the same time restricting P2 P software and single IP bandwidth in order to solve the problems of campus network export tension and illegal occupation of network bandwidth, ensuring the security and normal behavior of the network user.
