【摘要】 非常规突发事件频发,有效而快速地识别决策问题、构建决策流程是亟待解决的重要研究问题。运用知识元模型分析非常规突发事件决策情景,在规则推理的基础上,应用模糊理论,提出模糊规则以及规则匹配算法,实现非常规突发事件决策问题的识别,进而通过问题与决策活动的映射关系、应用知识元和解释结构模型将决策活动结构化,提出决策问题关系到流程结构的转换方法,从而实现决策流程的生成。研究成果能够为决策人员快速识别决策问题、构建决策流程、制定决策方案提供支持。实例分析证明了该方法的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effective and rapid identification of decision-making problems is very important to deal with unconventional emergencies.Firstly,the decision scenario of unconventional emergencies is analyzed based on knowledge element model.Secondly,the fuzzy rule and corresponding rule-matching algorithm are represented to recognize decision problems with unconventional emergencies.Thirdly,a conversion method is proposed to implement the conversion from the relationship of decision problems to the structure of process based on the knowledge element and interpretative structural modeling.The proposed method can help decision makers quickly identify decision-making problems and construct decision-making process.An example is presented to show the effectiveness of the method.更多还原
