【摘要】 通过临床症状、大体病理变化,流行调查及病毒分离和鉴定以及血清学检测,确定河南焦作某猪场发生的疫情为高致病性猪蓝耳病(HP-PRRS),通过加强管理,提高环境温度并减小昼夜温差,提高营养水平;采取中西药结合的综合性治疗技术措施使育肥猪成活率达到93.35%,保育猪成活率达到100%,取得显著的治疗效果。由此说明猪发病后及时诊断,尽快采取有效的防控措施是减少死亡的重要保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the clinical symptoms, general pathologic changes,epidemiological surveys, isolation and identification of the virus, we determined that the highly pathogenic Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome broke out in the pig farm in Jiaozuo City Henan Province. Subsequently, we strengthened management, increased environment temperature, reduced the temperature difference and improved the nutritional level. Besides, the comprehensive treatment measures of the Chinese herbal medicine and western medicine combined were used for treatment. As a result, the survival rate of the finishing pigs could be 93.5% and 100% for the nursery pigs, which achieved significant treatment effect.This case showed that prompt diagnosis and effective measures after the outbreak of disease were strong security that could reduce mortality in pig farm.更多还原
