【摘要】 通过取样量、超声时间、浸提剂量、粒径等4个石斛生物碱的超声提取影响因素的正交和单因素试验。结果表明,石斛生物碱含量超声提取测定的最佳参数:0.050 g的取样量、60目的粒径、50 min的超声时间、60的浸提试剂用量与取样量比。该方法具有样品前期处理时间短,测定仪器操作简便,测定速度快、样品用量少的特点,能在较短时间内对大量单株个体进行检测鉴定,为石斛的品质育种提供了有效途径和手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four factors influencing the extract by ultrasonic,namely sampling quantity,treating time,volume of extracting solution and granule size were researched synthetically on the basis of orthogonal experiment and one-factor tests. The results showed that the best parameters for the extraction of the total alkaloids content of Dendrobium was determined as follows: sampling quantity was 0. 050 g crushed to 60 eye and treating time was 50 min and the ratio of power to time for the sample-treating in advance,simple operation and rapidity. Above all,the volume of extracting solution was 1∶ 60. The advantages of methods including short method would be applied to determine total alkaloids content of plentiful plants in a short time and the genotype individual possessing of high content of alkaloids might be screened out,which can be used as the effective measure in the quality-meliorating of Dendrobium.更多还原
