棉花蛋白质含量对绿盲蝽若虫生长发育的影响

【摘要】 为探讨棉花蛋白质含量对绿盲蝽若虫生长发育的影响,采用3种棉花(苏棉9号、中棉29号、鲁棉研15号)的蕾、花、叶分别饲喂绿盲蝽若虫,测定其生长发育参数,同时测定不同棉花上这3种器官的蛋白质含量,并进行品种、器官二因素方差分析与不同因素间相关性分析。研究结果显示:不同品种间的蛋白质含量存在显著差异,同一棉花品种上叶与蕾中的蛋白质含量均显著高于花中的蛋白质含量达14.9%以上。不同棉花品种上若虫存活率的高低、发育历期的长短均与其取食器官的蛋白质含量密切相关,叶片、花、蕾上的若虫发育历期和蛋白质含量的相关系数分别为0.9976、0.9586、0.9377,其差异程度达显著水平。不同棉花相同器官饲喂的绿盲蝽种群的存活率变化趋势较为一致。总体来看,绿盲蝽若虫的发育历期、存活率均与取食棉株部位的蛋白质含量有较好的相关性。

【Abstract】 To prove the effects of the protein content of cotton on development of A. lucorum nymph,3 organs( leaf,square and flower) of different cotton varieties( Sumian9,Zhongmian29 and Lumian15) were adopted to feed Nymph of Apolygus lucorum respectively. Growth parameters of nymph and the protein content of 3 organs of different cotton varieties were measured. Two factors analysis of variance( Organ ×Variety) to protein content,duration and survival rate of nymph were analyzed. Furthermore,the relationship between protein content of cotton and nymph duration,survival rate were analyzed. The results showed that there was a highly significant difference in the protein content of different varieties,and the protein content of leaf or square was more than 14. 9 percent higher than that of flower in same cotton variety.There was a close correlation between feeding organs and survival rate,developmental duration of A. lucorum nymph on different cotton varieties. The correlation index was 0. 9976,0. 9586,0. 9377 between the protein content on the same organ of different cotton varieties and the developmental duration of nymph,respectively. The trends of survival rate feeding on the same organ of different cotton varieties were consistent. There was a good correlation between protein content of cotton and developmental duration,survival rate of nymph.
