【摘要】 目的探讨精液白细胞与精液质量的关系。方法分析984例男性不育患者精液标本,采用联苯胺染色法观察精液中白细胞浓度,采用计算机自动分析精子浓度、活力及相关参数。结果精液中白细胞增加可以导致精液p H值、精液浓度、精子运动参数异常。结论精液中白细胞与精液质量密切相关,是导致男性不育的重要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between leukocyte number in semen and quality of semen. Methods Benzidine staining was adopted to assay leukocyte number in 984 samples of semen with male infertility,and sperm concentration,vitality and motion parameters were analyzed by computer. Results The abnormal of semen p H,concentration and motion parameters was associated with increasing leukocyte number in semen. Conclusion Quality of semen is related with leukocyte number in semen,which leads to male infertility.更多还原
