宁夏无果枸杞芽茶对高血脂患者血脂水平及抗氧化功能的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨宁夏无果枸杞芽茶对高血脂患者血脂水平及抗氧化功能的影响。方法选取高脂血症患者130例,分为对照组、无果枸杞芽茶组、阿托伐他汀组。分别在治疗前、治疗2个月、4个月采血,用全自动生化分析仪以直接法测定高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平,酶法测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平,硫代巴比妥酸法检测血清丙二醛(MDA)水平,黄嘌呤氧化酶法检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。结果治疗前各组患者血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、SOD活力及MDA水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2个月,与对照组比较,阿托伐他汀组的血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平均降低(P<0.05),HDL-C水平无明显变化(P>0.05),无果枸杞芽茶组血清TC、TG、HDL-C水平无变化(P>0.05),血清LDL-C水平降低(P<0.05),无果枸杞芽茶组和阿托伐他汀组血清MDA水平降低,SOD活力增高(P<0.05);治疗4个月,与对照组比较,无果枸杞芽茶组和阿托伐他汀组的血清TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA水平降低,SOD活力增高(P<0.05),HDL-C水平无明显变化(P>0.05);治疗4个月,与阿托伐他汀组比较,无果枸杞芽茶组血清TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、MDA水平及SOD活力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宁夏无果枸杞芽茶具有调节血脂代谢和增强机体抗氧化功能的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To Explore the effect of Ningxia fruitless medlar bud tea on blood lipid level and antioxidation in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods 130 cases with hyperlipidemia were divided into blank control group,fruitless medlar bud tea treatment group,lipid lowering drug therapy group. Blood samples were collected before treatment and 2 months,4 months after the treatment respectively. HDL- C,LDL- C,TC,TG,MDA and SOD were determinded by biochemical methods. Results The subjects of three groups showed balance in age,sexual and course of disease. There were no differences in serum levels of TC,TG,HDL- C,LDL- C,MDA and SOD activity before treatment in these three groups( P > 0. 05). After 2 months treatment,compared with the blank control group,the serum levels of TC,TG,LDL signficantly decreased in lipid- lowering drug treatment group( P < 0. 05). After 2 months treatment,serum levels of TC,TG and HDL showed no significantly different between the fruitless medlar bud tea group and the blank control group while the level of LDL- C significantly decreased,the activity of SOD significantly increased and the levels of MDA significantly decreased in fruitless medlar bud tea treatment group and lipid lowering drug therapy group.After 4 months treatment,compared with the blank control group,the level of SOD and activity of SOD significantly increased,the levels of TC,TG,LDL- C and MDA significantly decreased in serum in the fruitless medlar bud tea and lipid- lowering drug treatment group( P < 0. 05). Compared with the lipid- lowering drug therapy group,there wasno significant difference in serum levels of TC,TG,LDL- C,HDL- C,MDA and SOD activity in the fruitless medlar bud tea group( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Ningxia fruitless medlar bud tea can significantly reduce the serum levels of TC,TG and LDL- C of hypercholesterolemia patients. It can also increase the activity of SOD and decrease the level of MDA and play an important role in the antioxidant effect.
