【摘要】 目的观察回医理筋疗法对颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法按照随机、对照、单盲的临床试验设计,选取颈型颈椎病患者200例,随机分为回医理筋疗法组和传统中医推拿治疗组,各100例。分别采取回医理筋疗法和传统中医推拿治疗,治疗前、后分别采用临床症状体征评分、VAS疼痛计分、生活质量评分及治疗后临床疗效统计表等量表进行疗效评定。结果两组治疗后与自身治疗前比较,症状体征评分、VAS疼痛计分、生活质量评分均显著降低(P<0.01);治疗后回医理筋疗法组的症状体征评分、VAS疼痛计分和生活质量评分均低于传统推拿疗法组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组总有效率差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论回医理筋疗法治疗颈型颈椎病疗效显著,在缓解症状体征、改善疼痛、提高生活质量方面明显优于传统推拿疗法,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe Hui medicine massage technique in treating cervical spondylosis of neck type by randomized controlled trials on the clinical effects. Methods Study was designed as a multi-center,randomized controlled trial. 200 cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 100 patients in each group. Patients in experimental group were treated with Hui medicine massage technique while patients in control group were treated with traditional chinese massage therapy.Sign score of clinical symptoms,pain score of VAS,score of life quality and after treatment clinical efficacy scale tables were used to evaluate efficacy before treatment and after treatment. Results Patients of two groups after treatment all got significant improvement on sign score of clinical symptoms,pain score of VAS and score of life quality( P < 0. 01). There was an significant difference between two groups about the sign score of clinical symptoms,pain score of VAS and score of life quality( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Hui medicine massage technique has an obvious efficacy in curing neck Type cervical spondylosis. It does better in relieving sign symptoms,relieving pain,improving life quality than traditional massage therapy does. So it is worth to be promoted to use.更多还原
