银川市健康人群8种抗体水平监测分析
Detection and Analysis Eight Kinds of Antibody Levels in Yinchuan
【摘要】 目的对2013年银川市健康人群8种疫苗相关疾病进行了抗体水平监测,评价疫苗免疫效果,为制定银川市免疫规划策略和措施提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机抽样调查法对银川市600名健康人群采微量静脉血,分别用酶标法检测脊髓灰质炎、白喉、百日咳、破伤风、麻疹、风疹、腮腺炎等7种疾病的Ig G抗体,金标法检测乙肝表面抗原和乙肝表面抗体。结果监测600名健康人群中,HBs Ag和HBs Ab阳性率分别为2.33%和80.33%,8种疫苗针对疾病血清抗体阳性率最高的是麻疹,为99.5%,最低的是百日咳,为35.5%;不同年龄组间HBs Ab、白喉、百日咳、破伤风、风疹、腮腺炎Ig G抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01);不同性别间,HBs Ab、脊灰、百日咳和腮腺炎Ig G抗体阳性率性别间差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);城区和乡镇健康人群中HBs Ab、白喉Ig G抗体阳性率,两区间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银川市健康人群免疫状况良好(HBs Ab、脊髓灰质炎、麻疹、风疹和腮腺炎Ig G抗体阳性率均达到80%),但部分种类疫苗抗体水平较低(百日咳Ig G抗体阳性率小于60%),存在薄弱地区与人群,应加强重点地区、重点疫苗种类及重点人群的预防接种技术规范化管理,并根据监测结果,必要时开展强化免疫。
【Abstract】 Objective To detect and analyze the eight kinds of antibody levels in 2013 in yinchuan and to evaluate the efficacy of the vaccine. Methods blood samples of 600 healthy persons selected by the method of stratified random sampling survey were collected. Ig G antibodies of polio,diphtheria,pertussis,tetanus,measles,rubella,mumps were detected by enzyme standard method and yinchuan 600 healthy crowd traces of venous blood,for detection of and hepatitis B surface antigen and antibody of second liver surface were monitored by gold-lebeled method. Results Of 600 healthy crowds,and positive rates of Hbs Ag and Hbs Ab were 2. 33% and 2. 33%,respectively. Positive rate of measles antibody was 99. 5% and it is the the highest in Eight vaccines while positive rate of whooping cough was 35. 5% and it is the the lowest in Eight vaccines.Difference of antibody levels between age groups in diphtheria,whooping cough,tetanus antibodies antibodies,rubella,mumps showed statistically significant( P < 0. 01) while difference of antibody levels between males and females in HBs Ab,Polio,whooping cough and mumps showed statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Immunity levels of vaccines were in good condition( HBs Ab,polio,measles,rubella and mumps),but antibody levels in some kinds of vaccines were low( pertussis Ig G antibody positive rate was less than 60%). Vaccine technology standardization management work should be strengthened in key areas and key species as well as the key crowd vaccination.
