【摘要】 目的调查分析西安市体育教师对紫外线职业损伤KAP的基本情况,为制定有关体育教师日光紫外线职业损伤的防护提供理论依据。方法 2013年3-7月选择整群分层随机抽样的方法选择研究对象1200人,采用问卷调查方法对西安市体育教师就紫外线职业损伤KAP等方面进行调查。结果调查对象中有过晒伤史的占21.5%,做过专业皮肤检查的占5.1%;认为长期室外紫外线对皮肤危害性的占34.1%,采取一定防护措施的占58.9%,对紫外线能正确认识的占3.2%;采取防护措施的目的方面,43.9%的调查对象采取措施的目的是防止晒黑而不是防止晒伤。结论体育教师作为一个特殊的室外工作群体,整体上紫外线职业损伤防护知识水平较低,防护目的有所偏差,从生物心理社会医学模式的角度看,应本着健康伦理的原则,加强紫外线职业损伤防护知识的宣传,并积极采取相应干预措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate and analyze the KAP situation for Uv occupational injuries in Xi’ an physical education teachers and provide scientific basis for the protection.
