高温凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测试聚乙烯分子量的条件研究

【摘要】 研究了Polymer Laboratories(PL)GPC 200型高温凝胶渗透色谱测试聚乙烯分子量的精密性和重复性,并对线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、聚乙烯蜡(PEW)PEW1、PEW2的分子量进行了测试。结果表明,一份样品连续进样8次,其重均分子量Mw、数均分子量Mn和峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.3%,0.5%和0.3%,说明仪器精密度良好;对3份样品进行测定,其Mw,Mn和峰面积的RSD分别为0.4%,5.9%,0.6%,说明仪器的重复性良好;测得LLDPE的Mw为117 443,分散系数为4.0,PEW1的Mw为4 892,分散系数为10.5,PEW2的Mw为3 536,分散系数2.0。

【Abstract】 The precision and repeatability of testing the molecular weight of polyethylene by the Laboratories( PL200) high temperature gel permeation chromatography( GPC) was studied and the molecular weight of the linear low- density polyethylene( LLDPE),polyethylene wax( both PEW1 and PEW2)were analyzed. The results show that the relative standard deviations( RSD) of the Mw,Mn,and peak area are respectively 1. 3%,0. 5% and 0. 3% after successively loading sample for 8 times,indicating the precision of the instrument is good. Measuring 3 samples,the RSDs of their Mw,Mnand peak area are respectively 0. 4%,5. 9% and 0. 6%,indicating the repeatability of the instrument is good. The measured Mwof LLDPE,PEW1,PEW2 are respectively 117 443,4 892 and 3 536,and the dispersion coefficients are respectively 4,10. 5 and 2. 0.
