【摘要】 本研究对2009-2013年的7964头牛冷冻精液样品进行了精子形态异常(畸形)检测,样品来自国内各牛冷冻精液生产企业,涉及品种有奶、肉牛类(包括乳肉兼用、黄牛、牦牛等)和水牛。7964头/份样品的精子畸形率平均为15.3±2.9%。年度间比较,畸形率有波动,总体呈上升趋势。影响精子畸形率的因素包括公牛的生理、营养、气候、采精频率、采精技术、精液处理和某些应激因素等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cryopreserved sperm abnormality rate of 7964bovine(dairy cattle,beef cattle,yak and buffalo)collected from countrywide enterprises between 2009 and 2013years were inspected.The average sperm abnormality rate was 15.3±2.9%in 7 964 samples.There was fluctuation on sperm abnormality rate in different years and an upward trend from 2009to2013 was observed.The factors that influenced abnormal sperm rate include bulls physiological,nutrition,climate,frequency of semen collection,technology of semen collection,semen processing and some stress factors.更多还原
