【摘要】 为了确定秃疮花针剂的抗病毒临床应用剂量标准,试验用甘肃省畜牧兽医研究所研制的秃疮花针剂,以Reed-Muensch法进行了细胞毒性试验及抗山羊痘和羊传染性脓疱皮炎病毒试验。试验结果表明,秃疮花内用针剂在一定的剂量范围内对GPV和CPDV均有抑制作用,半数抑制浓度分别为8.8mg/mL和5.4mg/mL。该试验结果为探索秃疮花针剂的抗病毒机理和秃疮花针剂的临床应用奠定了实验基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to determine the antiviral clinical dose standard of Dicranostigma Leptopodum Fedde,with the Gansu animal husbandry and Veterinary Research Institute developed Dicranostigma Leptopodum Fedde injection,the experiments were conducted on the cell toxicity and anti goat pox and contagious ecthyma virus test by Reed-Muensch method.The results showed that:Dicranostigma Leptopodum Fedde injection in the definite dose range had inhibition to GPV and CPDV,the IC50 s were 8.8mg/mL and 5.4mg/mL,espectivitely.All experimental results of the research group had completed the experiment foundation of clinical application with Dicranostigma Leptopodum injection and had explored the antiviral mechanism of Dicranostigma Leptopodum injection.更多还原
