高校教师职业心理资本结构的实证研究
Empirical Analysis on the Structure of University Teachers’ Professional Psychological Capital
【摘要】 通过深度访谈和开放式问卷调查等形式采集样本数据,并利用结构方程模型进行实证分析,构建出我国高校教师职业心理资本结构。高校教师职业心理资本结构属于二阶四因素模型,由认知资本、情感资本、意志资本和人际资本四个二阶因子和智慧、自我效能、乐观、幸福感、进取、韧性、自制、感恩、合作、宽恕、爱与信任十一个一阶因子构成。验证结果表明,所探索的高校教师职业心理资本结构合理有效。
【Abstract】 Through in- depth interviews and open questionnaires and using structural equation method to empirically and theoretically analyze the sample data collected,we build the structure of professional psychological capital about university teachers. The structure belongs to second- order four- factor model. Four second- order factors are cognitive capital,emotional capital,will capital and interpersonal capital and it is made up of eleven first- order factors as wisdom,self- efficacy,optimism,happiness,progress,toughness,homemade,thanksgiving,cooperation,forgiveness,love and trust verification results show that the developed structure of professional psychological capital about college teachers have a reasonable structure.
