【摘要】 目的:观察黄赤前列方对ⅢB型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:80例ⅢB型前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各40例,治疗组予中药黄赤前列方(大黄、没药、乳香、土鳖虫、桃仁、红花、三棱、莪术、赤芍、丹参、甘草等)口服,对照组予盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊(0.2mg/次,1次/d),疗程8周,观察临床疗效及慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)积分变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为82.9%,高于对照组的69.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组在NIH-CPSI总评分及各项积分方面均有一定程度的改善,但治疗组总项及各项均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄赤前列方能有效改善ⅢB型前列腺炎患者疼痛不适感及排尿异常,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To observe the clinical curative effect of Huangchi Qianliefang on the treatment of type Ⅲ B prostatitis. Methods: 80 type Ⅲ B prostatitis patients were divided into two groups randomly. Treatment group was given Huangchi Qianlie decoction and control group was given the Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules,once a day for 0. 2mg. Eight weeks for a treatment course. Results: All the indicator scores of treatment group were better than these of control group. Conclusion: Huangchi Qianliefang is an effective treatment method for type Ⅲ B prostatitis,which effectively improves patient’s life quality,hereby worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
