【Abstract】 Thanks to the rich cultural background and all kinds of natural landscape, the ancient villages and towns in southern Shaanxi province are superior in the development of unique tourist resources. However, a variety of problems resulting from the ever increasing of local tourism impact negatively the development of tourism.
