【摘要】 目的探索肿瘤MDT诊疗模式及流程。方法通过对MDT方式的认识与探索,并与传统的会诊进行对比,结合我院的特点,探讨具有自身特点的肿瘤MDT模式。结果总结分析了传统会诊的不足和我院MDT运行模式和架构并简单描述了我院肿瘤MDT模式运行现状及展望。结论我院肿瘤MDT流程的建立已经表现出有别于传统会诊的特点,并且可能是未来会诊模式演变的方向,但尚存在一些不足与局限性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the model and process of Multi-disciplinary therapy therapy(MDT) about tumor therapy.Methods MDT mode was analysed and compared with the traditional consultation.And then the new MDT mode was explored according to present situation in our hospital.Results The deficiencies of the traditional consultation and our MDT operation mode were summarized and analysed,and the current situation and prospects about cancer MDT mode in our hospital was described briefly.Conclusion The foundation and usage of tumor MDT process in our hospital has showed some different characteristics from the traditional consultation,and MDT mode could be the direction of the future consultation mode,although there are still some shortcomings and limitations.更多还原
