【摘要】 荷兰兰斯塔德功能区联动发展是一种区域产业联动发展模式,它具有四个典型特征:一是依据空间特性对各地理区域进行功能细分;二是多中心城市围绕"绿心"分散布局;三是城市之间主要功能互补发展;四是政府引导产业空间合理布局。兰斯塔德功能区联动发展模式与我国的主体功能区战略内涵一致,其对我国主体功能区战略的制定和实施的启示:一是政府应对功能区进行合理规划,以形成具有整体竞争力的城市群和产业带;二是建立区域合作和利益协调机制来推动跨区域的产业联动;三是构建互联互通的交通网络来促进区际要素自由流动。更多还原

【Abstract】 The interactive mode in Randstad functional areas in Netherlands is a kind of regional industry interactive development mode. it has four typical characteristics: first,each geographical area can be subdivided according to its functions based on spatial features; Secondly,multi- center cities scatter round the"Green Heart"; Thirdly,the development of main functions between cities is complementary; Fourthly,the government guide the reasonable industrial spatial layout. Since the strategic connotation of the interactive mode in Randstad functional areas is consistent with that of development priority zones in China,it has brought the following enlightenment for the formulation and implementation of developing priority zones in China: first,the government should make reasonable planning for the functional area to form urban agglomeration and belt with overall competitiveness; secondly,build a regional cooperation and the interest coordination mechanism to promote cross- regional industrial interaction; thirdly,to build a traffic network to promote the free flow of inter- regional factors.更多还原
