【摘要】 目的研究参与型护理模式对颅脑损伤患者康复期神经功能及生活质量的影响。方法将2013年5月—2014年6月本院收治的颅脑损伤患者80例纳入研究,接受急诊治疗,根据康复期护理方式不同分为2组,观察组接受参与型护理、对照组患者接受常规护理,比较2组患者的神经功能恢复情况以及整体生活质量。结果观察组患者伤后3个月、6个月时的NIHSS评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组。结论参与型护理模式有助于改善患者的神经功能及生活质量,是颅脑损伤患者康复期理想的护理方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of participation nursing on nerve function and life quality of patients with brain injury in the recovery stage. Methods A total of 80 patients with brain injury who received the emergency treatment in the hospital from May, 2013 to June, 2014 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups: a trial group received the participating nursing and a control group received the regular nursing. Then, the conditions of nerve functional recovery and overall quality of life were investigated and the results were compared each other. Results Three and six months after the injury, the NIHSS scores of the trail group were lower than those of the control group; the life quality scores were higher in the trial group than those in the control group. Conclusion The participating nursing model is helpful to improve nerve function and quality of life, and it is an ideal method for patients with brain injury in the recovery stage.更多还原
