【摘要】 目的探讨强化健康教育在过敏性紫癜患儿的护理效果。方法选择因过敏性紫癜住院的80例患儿及家长为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。采用强化健康教育方法对患儿及家属进行健康教育,利用自行设计问卷对患儿及家长掌握健康教育内容、治疗依从性、家长满意度进行调查。结果观察组的疾病相关知识知晓率和治疗依从性显著高于对照组,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);健康教育达标率和家长满意度,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化健康教育可明显提高患儿及家长对过敏性紫癜相关知识的了解,从而增强了治疗依从性、降低复发及并发症的发生,提高患儿的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of intensive health education on the rehabilitation of children with anaphylaxis. Meth-ods A total of 80 children with anaphylaxis and their parents were randomly divided into an intensive health education group and a control group. The former received the intensive health education and the latter did not,and the levels of knowledge on anaphylaxis, compliance for treatment, and degree of satisfaction of the parents were evaluated with the self-designed scales. Results The level of knowledge on anaphylaxis and compliance for treatment in the health education group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). The degree of satisfaction of the parents and the rate of reaching the standard both increased in the health education group compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The intensive health education can significantly facilitate the knowledge on anaphylaxis and treatment compliance for both children with anaphylaxis and their parents.更多还原
