【摘要】 目的探讨PDCA循环在住院脑卒中患者跌倒管理中的应用与效果。方法选取本院2013年8月—2014年6月神经内科住院脑卒中患者240例为研究对象,按入院先后次序分为对照组和实验组各120例,对照组采用常规跌倒管理方法,实验组在常规护理的基础上采用PDCA循环法管理,对比分析2组患者发生跌倒例数和患者防跌倒知识掌握率及满意度。结果实验组跌倒的发生率明显降低(P<0.05),患者对防跌倒知识的掌握率及满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 PDCA循环应用于住院脑卒中患者跌倒管理中,可有效提高患者的安全和患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of application of PDCA circulation in the fall management of hospitalized stroke patients.Methods A total of 240 hospitalized stroke patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the hospitalized precedence order in the Neurology Department from August 2013 to June2014.The control group received the routine fall management while the experimental group received the routine management combined with PDCA circulation.Results The percentage of falls in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The percentage of understanding the knowledge of fall prevention and the satisfaction were statistically higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The PDCA circulation applied in the fall management improves the safety and satisfaction of hospitalized stroke patients.更多还原
