【摘要】 目的探讨团体辅导对大学生生命意义感的影响,为丰富高校健康教育形式与方法提供支持。方法采用实验组、对照组前后测的实验设计,对从某高校公开招募的没有团体辅导经历的120名大学生,进行生命意义、自尊、心理资本和抑郁症状的测量。随机选取30名作为实验组进行生命教育主题的团体辅导,其他人为对照组。结果实验组学生团体辅导后的人生意义体验、自尊、心理资本总分及自我效能、韧性、希望、乐观4个维度的得分均高于前测(t值分别为-4.81,4.70,-5.06,-2.75,-3.65,-2.11,-2.77,P值均<0.05),抑郁得分低于前测(t=2.16,P<0.05);实验组学生团体辅导后人生意义体验、人生意义寻求、自尊、心理资本总分均高于对照组(t值分别为2.49,2.15,2.60,2.68,P值均<0.05);人生意义体验与心理资本呈正相关(r=0.712,P<0.01),人生意义寻求与人生意义体验、自尊、心理资本总分、抑郁无相关(P值均>0.05)。结论生命教育主题的团体辅导能有效提升大学生生命意义感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of group counseling for the meaning of life in college students. Methods The experiment used 2 × 2 multi-group( experimental group,no-treatmen control group) and pre-and post treatment design was performed among 120 college students who were enrolled publicly. The students were divided randomly into experimental group( 30)and non-experimental group( 90),both group had similar scores in meaning in life,respect,psychological capital and depression.Results The students of experimental group’s scores of the experience of meaning in life( t =- 4. 81,P < 0. 01),respect( t = 4.70,P < 0. 01),psychological capital( t =- 5. 06,P < 0. 01),depression( t =- 2. 16,P < 0. 05) significantly improved,while those of the control group had no significant difference. The scores of the experience of meaning in life,search for meaning in life,respect,psychological capital of experimental group were significantly higher than the conrol group( t = 2. 49,2. 15,2. 60,2. 68,P < 0. 05). The scores of meaning of life were significantly correlated with the scores of psychological capital( r = 0. 712,P < 0.01). The scores of the search for meaning in life had low correlation with the scores of experience of meaning in life,respect,psychological capital( P > 0. 05).
