主成分分析在大学生健康体适能和健康综合评价中的应用
Application of principal component analysis method in evaluating physical fitness and body health among college students
【摘要】 目的了解云南省大学生身体健康状况和健康体适能的关系,为建立影响身体健康状况的数学模型和反映大学生健康体适能的综合指标提供参考。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样法,抽取云南省6所高校1 566名学生作为调查对象,对大学生健康体适能和身体健康状况进行主成分回归分析。结果大学生健康体适能指标存在共线性,各健康体质指标容忍度为0.393~0.979,VIF=1.100~5.291。健康体适能4个主成分分别为:主成分一为综合反映健康体适能的指标,主成分二主要反映身体成分(或形态),主成分三主要反映心血管系统的功能水平,主成分四主要反映肌肉耐力。其中主成分一的标准化回归系数最大(0.063),其余依次是主成分三(0.022 1)、主成分四(0.009 1)、主成分二(0.000 9)。结论利用大样本人群资料的主成分分析建立大学生健康体适能综合指标,可较好反映不同学生群体的体适能,具有潜在应用价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the relationship between health condition and health fitness of college students in Yunnan Province,and to establish a mathematic model to assess the relationship between health fitness and body health among college students. Methods Information of physical fitness and body health were collected from 1 566 college students by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method,and principal component analysis was applied to establish a series of new variables assessing physical fitness comprehensively. Results Principal component correlation has multicollinearity.Fitness tolerance of healthy body is0.393 ~ 0.979,VIF = 1.100 ~ 5.291.Four main components of health fitness were as follows: Fact1 was main ingredient for physical fitness indicators,Fact2 reflects body composition,Fact3 reflects the function of the cardiovascular system and Fact4 reflects the muscular endurance. Fact1( 0.063) has largest standardized regression coefficients followed by Fact2( 0. 000 9),Fact3( 0. 022 1)and Fact4( 0.009 1). Conclusion Principal component analysis is suitable for comprehensive evaluation of the health fitness and body health.
