【摘要】 目的探讨小剂量糖皮质激素治疗急性胰腺炎对HMGB-1、TERM-1表达的影响。方法选取2010年1月~2014年1月在我院住院治疗的急性胰腺炎患者54例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各27例,其中观察组患者接受急性胰腺炎常规治疗以及小剂量糖皮质激素治疗;对照组患者接受急性胰腺炎常规治疗。检测两组患者在接受治疗前、治疗后3、7及10d时血清中HMGB-1、TERM-1水平,对两组患者的各项指标进行统计分析并比较。结果两组患者治疗前血清HMGB-1、TREM-1水平表达差异均无统计学意义(t=0.06或t=0.02,均P>0.05);观察组患者血清HMGB-1水平在治疗后3、7及10d均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(t3=1.89,P=0.03;t7=2.66,P=0.01;t10=3.22,P=0.00);观察组患者的血清TREM-1水平在治疗后的3、7及10d均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(t3=2.04,P=0.02;t7=1.79,P=0.04;t10=2.55,P=0.01)。结论小剂量糖皮质激素对急性胰腺炎患者血清HMGB-1、TERM-1水平具有下调作用,有利于发挥其在急性胰腺炎中抗炎及控制病情的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the affecttion of small doses of corticosteroids on expression of HMGB-1and TERM-1in acute pancreatitis.Methods 54 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected for the research,who were treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the observer group and the control group.Patients in the observer group received conventional treatment of acute pancreatitis,and low-dose glucocorticoid therapy.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment of acute pancreatitis.Two groups of patients would be recorded the HMGB-1,TERM-1level in different time points,before receiving treatment,3days,7days and 10 days after treatment.Results The serum HMGB-1levels of patients of two groups before treatment had no significant difference(t=0.06,P>0.05),The serum TREM-1levels of patients of two groups before treatment had no significant difference(t=0.02,P>0.05).The serum HMGB-1levels of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group with statistically difference respective at 3days,7days and 10 days after treatment(t3=1.89,P=0.03;t7=2.66,P=0.01;t10=3.22,P=0.00).The serum TREM-1levels of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group with a statistically difference at 3days,7days and 10 days after treatment(t3=2.04,P=0.02;t7=1.79,P=0.04;t10=2.55,P=0.01).Conclusion Low-dose corticosteroids in patients with acute pancreatitis can deregulate level of HMGB-1andTERM-1in serum,which contributes to illness recovery of patients with acute pancreatitis.更多还原
