【摘要】 目的探讨系统护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症术后疼痛的应用效果。方法将122例腰椎间盘突出症术后患者按就诊顺序随机分成观察组和对照组各61例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上予以系统护理干预,术后第1、第3、7天采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较两组患者疼痛改善程度。结果观察组在术后第1天,第3天VAS评分分别为(2.8±2.6)和(2.9±1.8)分,对照组为(3.7±2.3)和(3.9±2.2)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组在术后第7天VAS评分为(2.1±1.6)分,对照组为(3.0±2.0)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论系统护理干预可减轻腰椎间盘突出症患者的术后疼痛程度,使患者舒适地度过术后疼痛期,有利于促进患者术后顺利康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on relieving pain after lumbar inter vertebral disc protrusion surgery.Methods 122 patients with lumbar inter vertebral disc protrusion surgery were randomly divided into observation group(n=61)and control group(n=61).The control group used usual care while the observation group were to be implemented on the basis of nursing intervention.Results After nursing intervention,the difference of the post operative pain at 1day and 3day was statistically significant from the two group s(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can alleviate post operative pain in patients with lumbar inter vertebral disc protrusion surgery,promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the quality of nursing.更多还原
