【摘要】 目的探讨脉络宁复合液治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效及对患者炎性反应的影响。方法在我院接受治疗的膝骨性关节炎患者98例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各49例。对照组患者接受手法按摩治疗。观察组患者接受手法按摩治疗的基础上于关节腔内注射脉络宁复合液。比较两者患者ROM与Lysholm膝关节功能评分,炎性指标IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平,以及总有效率之间的差异性。结果观察组的总有效率为93.8%,显著高于对照组的总有效率77.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者ROM与Lysholm膝关节功能评分则高于对照组患者的ROM与Lysholm膝关节功能评分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者的炎性指标IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组患者的IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗期间观察组患者的不良反应发生率为8.16%,低于对照组患者的不良反应的发生率26.63%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脉络宁复合液治疗膝骨性关节炎具有良好的安全性,疗效显著,能缓解患者的疼痛,有效减轻患者的炎症反应,促进膝关节功能的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Mailuoning complex liquid treatment of knee osteoarthritis and its impact on the patient’s inflammatory response.Methods 98 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into the control group and the observation group,49 cases in each.The control group received massage treatment.The basic observation group received massage treatment on intra-articular injection of Mailuoning composite liquid.ROM and Lysholm knee function score,inflammatory markers IL-1,IL-6,TNF,and the efficiency were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(93.8%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.6%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ROM with the Lysholm score in the observation group was higher than that of in the control group(P<0.01).Inflammatory markers IL-1,IL-6,TNF-αlevels in the observation group was lower than that of in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment rate was 8.16%in the observation group was lower than that of in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mailuoning complex liquid treatment of knee osteoarthritis has significant effect,which can relieve pain,promote knee function recovery,effectively reduce the patient’s inflammatory response,all and has good security.更多还原
