【摘要】 目的评价二甲双胍联合阿托伐他汀与单用二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征有效性和安全性。方法选择2009年6月-2013年6月我院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组给予二甲双胍进行治疗,观察组给予二甲双胍联合阿托伐他汀进行治疗。对两组患者的生化指标、临床效果、疾病控制时间、实际用药时间及安全性进行比较。结果治疗后观察组患者生化指标的改善程度明显优于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的有效率(95.0%)明显高于对照组(75.0%)(P<0.05)。观察组患者的疾病控制时间和实际用药时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组患者均未出现药物不良反应。结论二甲双胍联合阿托伐他汀治疗多囊卵巢综合征,具有临床疗效显著,安全可靠等优点,值得临床推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare efficacy and security of Metformin combined with Atorvastatin and Metformin alone in treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome.Methods 80 patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated by Metformin alone,while observation group was treated by Metformin combined with Atorvastatin.Biochemical indicators,clinic efficacy,control time of disease,actual treatment time and security of patients in two groups were compared.Results Improvement degree of patients in observation group post-treatment was significantly better than that of pre-treatment and control group(P<0.05).Clinical effective rate of patients in observation group post-treatment was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Control time of disease and actual treatment time of patients in observation group post-treatment were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The patients in two groups were not occur adverse drug reactions.Conclusion Metformin combined with Atorvastatin in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome is effective,safe,reliable and worthy of clinical application.更多还原
