【摘要】 目的探讨超声对芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果检测价值。方法将120例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组60例。对照组给予常规药物治疗;实验组在常规用药的基础上给予芪苈强心胶囊,对两组患者治疗前及治疗后的不同时期进行超声心功能检测,比较两组患者的各项心功能指标。结果治疗后15天、30天两组患者的左心室舒张和收缩末期容积变化差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后15天,两组患者的等容舒张期(IVRT)ms差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后30天,两组患者EF(%)、DT(ms)、S/D、IVRT(ms)及a(cm/s)的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭患者临床效果明显,能有效改善患者心功能,可在临床进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of ultrasonic detection on the clinical effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods 120 cases of chronic heart failure patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group had 60 cases,control group was given routine drug treatment,the experimental group received Qili Qiangxin Capsule on the basis of conventional medicine,different period of treatment of cardiac function of ultrasonic testing,various indicators of cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,15 days,30days,two groups of patients with left ventricular systolic and diastolic end volume changes the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).15 days after treatment,two groups of patients with IVRT(MS)had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).30 days after treatment,the patients in the two groups EF(%),DT(MS),S/D,IVRT(MS)and a(cm/s)had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule have obvious therapeutic effect of improving the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure,should be widely generalized in clinic.更多还原
