【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内窥镜下鼻窦开放术治疗真菌性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法对2008年1月~2011年12月收治27例真菌性鼻窦炎患者(治疗组)采用鼻内镜鼻窦开放术治疗并与2008年前用传统的Caldwell-Luc手术进路治疗的26例真菌性鼻窦炎患者(对照组)进行比较,分析两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果术后随访3~24个月,治疗组27例中治愈22例,好转5例,总有效率100%;对照组26例中治愈15例,好转3例,无效8例,总有效率69.2%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜手术具有术中视野清晰,手术创伤小,保留鼻窦黏膜且彻底清除鼻窦内全部病变,定期复查冲洗能保证术后长期充分引流及通气的优点,是治疗真菌性鼻窦炎较好的手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study clinical curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for fungal sinusitis.Methods Compared with 26 fungal sinusitis patients accepted Caldwell Luc surgery before 2008,27 fungal sinusitis patients between January 2008 and December 2011 was treated with nasal endoscopic sinus operation,the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of two groups was analysed.Results Patients were followed up 3~24months after operation,nasal endoscopy group,22 cases cured,5cases were improved,the total effective rate was 100%,the traditional Caldwell Lucgroup,15 cases were cured,3cases improved,8cases without effect,the total effective rate was 69.2%,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Having clear vision,the nasal endoscopic surgery,with small surgical trauma,can retain the sinus mucosa and thoroughly remove all in sinus lesions.Regular reexamination washing can guarantee postoperative long-term adequate drainage and ventilation.The nasal endoscopic surgery is a good surgical method for the treatment of fungal sinusitis.更多还原
