【摘要】 手机号码提示信息是指当用户输入电话号码时,手机输入界面自动提供的相关信息,以促进用户完成当前输入作业。本研究的目的是研究提示信息的排序方式对用户输入绩效的影响。采用实验室研究方法,研究了有提示与无提示、自适应排序的提示与非自适应排序的提示条件下,用户的操作绩效及满意度。实验在平板电脑上模拟进行,采用被试间实验设计。结果显示:(1)有提示信息的条件下,被试操作正确率显著提高;(2)使用自适应算法排序的提示信息,被试的操作时间缩短。实验结果表明,基于自适应算法的排序方式可优化手机号码提示信息的设计。更多还原

【Abstract】 The phone number suggestion is being defined as a mean to provide relevant information by mobile phone automatically to help users to complete input phone number on the operation interface. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the ranking effect of suggestions on human performance during inputting phone number.These suggestions include sequence suggestions and no suggestions,non- adaptive suggestions and adaptive suggestions. We use between subject experimental design on pad. Results:( 1) Suggestions improved accuracy significantly;( 2) Adaptive suggestions reduced operating time significantly; the results show that adaptive algorithm suggestions can make the setting of suggestions better.更多还原
