【摘要】 目的研究Loading呈现时长及Loading类型对时间知觉的影响。方法模拟用户观看网络视频时遇到缓冲而被迫等待的情景,被试的任务是估计知觉到的Loading呈现时长,并对观看时的主观焦躁感受进行评分。结果 Loading类型与时间知觉以及焦躁情绪感受有关,视频类型Loading包含信息量大,被试时间知觉短,情绪体验趋于正性。Loading呈现时长与Loading类型存在交互作用,随着Loading呈现时长的增加,被试时间知觉的准确性下降,情绪感受趋于负性。结论个体的时间知觉与焦躁感受与Loading呈现时长以及Loading类型有关,减少Loading呈现时长,采用视频类型Loading能改变用户时间知觉并减少焦躁感受,是改善用户体验的有效手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influences of the loading’s present duration as well as loading’s type on time perception and emotional experience. Methods This study simulate the situation of buffering and being forced to wait while watching video on the Internet. During the task,participants were required to estimate the duration of the loading presented,and score according to their subjective feeling of anxiety. Results Time perception is related to the type of loading. The ’video’ type of loading which has larger amount of information influenced duration perception to produce underestimation,also reduced the experience of anxiety. There was an interaction between loading ’s present duration and type. With the increasing of loading’s present duration,the accuracy of participants’ time perception reduced and the experience of anxiety increased. Conclusion These findings indicated that time percepetion and emotional experience depended on loading’s present duration and type,reducing the present duration and use the ’video’type of loading can influence the time perception and reduce the experience of anxiety.
