【摘要】 [目的]分析CXCR4在肺腺癌中的表达及其与铂类耐药的关系。[方法]采用免疫组化SP法检测CXCR4在71例ⅢA期肺腺癌中的表达,分析其表达与肺腺癌顺铂耐药及预后的关系。[结果]CXCR4在71例ⅢA期肺腺癌中的阳性表达率为85.9%。耐药组肺癌患者与敏感组相比,CXCR4表达升高,且预后差,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]CXCR4蛋白阳性表达与ⅢA期肺腺癌顺铂耐药有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose] To investigate the relationship of CXCR4 expression with cisplatin resistance in lung adenocarcinoma.[Methods] Expression of CXCR4 in 71 specimens of lung adenocarcinoma stage ⅢA was detected immunohistochemically. The relationship of CXCR4 expression with cisplatin resistance and prognosis were analyzed. [Results] The positive rate of CXCR4 in lung adenocarcinoma was 85.9%(61/71).Patients in cisplatin-resistant group had higher expression rate of CXCR4 and worse prognosis compared with patients in cisplatin-sensitive group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] An elevated expression of CXCR4 is correlated with cisplatin resistance in lung adenocarcinoma patients.更多还原
