【摘要】 发展本科高职是完善现代职业教育体系、顺应国际职业教育发展趋势的迫切需要及专科高职急欲缓解招生困局的现实需要。但通过专科高职升格来发展本科高职,不仅不利于构建高等教育系统的生态平衡,而且还会使高等职教的品牌建设半途而废,并存在跌入"升格式发展"陷阱的风险。可通过让一部分普通本科高校的转型来发展本科高职,而专科高职则只能通过"升质"来破解发展难题,实现持续健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Developing higher vocational colleges meets the requirement of modern vocational education system,conforms to the development tendency of international vocational education,and relieves the dilemma of the enrollment of higher vocational colleges( HVC). Upgrading higher vocational colleges is not only harmful for the construction of the ecological balance of higher vocational colleges,but also hold back the brand construction of higher vocational education,which result in an impasse of upgrade and development for HVC. Therefore,the transformation for some regular colleges rather than upgrading HVC can stimulate the development for undergraduate vocational education,and for higher vocational colleges,improving their qualities is the best way to settle problems and realize the sustainable development.更多还原
