【摘要】 目的探讨胸腹主动脉瘤(TAAA)手术方式的选择。方法回顾性分析2001年7月至2014年12月采用开放手术治疗Crawford分型Ⅳ型TAAA(9例),采用杂交手术治疗V型TAAA(1例)的临床资料。结果本组手术均取得成功,无围手术期死亡病例,未出现肾衰及截瘫并发症。术后随访3个月至1年,未见吻合口瘘,无内脏缺血表现。结论开放手术、杂交手术、开窗和分支支架技术对TAAA患者均是可选择的手术方案,应根据患者病变的具体情况选择治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the choices of surgical method for thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm(TAAA). Methods The data of 9 cases of type IV TAAA treated by open surgical repair and 1case of type V TAAA treated by hybrid technique were analyzed retrospectively. Results All procedures were successful. During the perioperative period, no death, renal failure and paraplegia occurred. Patients were followed up for 3 ~12 months without anastomotic fistula and visceral ischemia. Conclusion Conventional open operation, hybrid technique, fenestrated and branched endografts treatment were choices for patients with TAAA, but treatment must be chosen according to the specific circumstances of each patient.更多还原
