【Abstract】 With the rapid economic development in our country, the social hot spots emerge uninterruptedly and change quickly, which results in shortage of skill-oriented talents. This article analyzes the reasons of the shortage and classifies them, puts forward new ways and methods to cultivate badly-needed skill-oriented talents,and describes how to build the training system including the evaluation and early warning mechanism of skilled talents.更多还原
