【摘要】 文章回顾了编写《襄阳文化创意产业发展规划》的整个过程,思考了以文化创意产业的核心要素来寻求襄阳文化创意产业的发展基础,发展的战略,发展路径的过程,提出了借鉴德国哲学家雅斯贝斯的文明轴心期的观念,从原有的襄阳文化基因库中寻求适合当代的文化作为襄阳发展文化创意产业的文化基础,作为发展襄阳文化创意产业的动力源泉。在客观分析了襄阳的文化产业资源和发展现状后,指出发展文化创意产业是襄阳各产业升级换代、转变经济增长模式的动力引擎之一,并提出了以发展旅游产业为切入点和着力点,启动文化类创意产业,带动农业科技、工业科技创意产业的发展,进而形成完整的文化创意产业链。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reviews the whole process of Xiangyang Cultural and Creative Industry Development Plan, and reflects the core elements of cultural and creative industries to find the development basis, strategy and path of Xiangyang cultural and creative industry. Based on the German philosopher Jaspers’ axis of civilization concepts, it seeks suitable contemporary culture as the cultural foundation and power source for the development of cultural and creative industries in Xiangyang from the Xiangyang original cultural gene pool. After an objective analysis of the current situation of Xiangyang cultural industry resources, the paper points out that the development of cultural and creative industry is the driving force of Xiangyang industrial upgrading and changing the mode of economic growth. And then it puts forward that developing tourist industry as the starting point and focus and starting the cultural and creative industry can promote the development of agricultural and industrial science and technology, finally forming the the complete cultural and creative industry chain.更多还原
