【摘要】 根据吸附原理,将溶合润湿吸附应用到呼吸防护用品上,研发了一种溶合润湿型口罩。口罩由外层包裹层、物理过滤层、溶合润湿吸附层和亲肤内层构成,溶合润湿吸附药液密封在聚乙烯薄塑料袋里与口罩包装。对口罩的吸附性能及呼吸阻力性能进行测试,吸附效率大于99%,呼气阻力为46Pa,吸气阻力为57Pa,可有效防止火场毒烟的毒害,为救援及逃生争取时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the principle of adsorption,a dissolution madefaction mask was invented by applying the madefaction adsorption on the breath protection equipment.The mask includes outside wrapper,physical filter layer,dissolution madefaction adsorption layer and inside skin-friendly layer.The liquid agent for dissolution madefaction adsorption was sealed in the Polystyrene bag and packed with the mask.The adsorption performance and the breath performance of the mask were tested.The adsorption efficiency was 99%,the exhalation resistance was 46 Pa and the inhalation resistance was 57 Pa.This mask could prevent the impairment from fire smoke effectively and could earn some time for evacuation and rescue.更多还原
