【摘要】 目的观察驱铅扶正方含药血清对具有神经特性的PC-12细胞的影响。方法制备驱铅扶正方含药血清,运用MTT法首先检测不同浓度醋酸铅对PC-12细胞的影响,确定醋酸铅浓度后检测不同浓度、不同采血时间的驱铅扶正方含药血清对染铅PC-12细胞的影响。结果采血时间为2 h、浓度为10%含药血清能明显提高以浓度为100μmol/L的醋酸铅100μL刺激24 h条件下铅中毒PC-12细胞的生存率。结论驱铅扶正方含药血清对经浓度为100μmol/L的醋酸铅100μL刺激24 h后的PC-12细胞生存率具有提高作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the influence of the serum containing Qu Qian Fu Zheng formula( lead-removing and healthy qi- strengthening formula) over PC- 12 cells with characteristics of neurology. Methods: The serum containing Qu Qian Fu Zheng formula prepared,MIT was used to detect the effect of lead acetate of different concentrations on exposed lead PC- 12 cells in the serum taken in different time. Results: With 2 hours blood taken time,the serum containing 10% drugs could significantly raise the survival rate of PC- 12 cells exposed under 100 L lead acetate of 100 mol /L concentration for 24 hours. Conclusion: Qu Qian Fu Zheng formula has the function of increasing survival rate of PC-12 cells in the serum exposed under 100 L lead acetate of 100 mol / L concentration after 24 hours.更多还原
