【摘要】 目的观察参附注射液对恶性肿瘤化疗患者血小板的影响。方法选择2013年1月~2014年5月我院确诊为恶性肿瘤并且满足化疗条件的83例患者,随机分为A治疗组42例(参附注射液+常规方案化疗)和B对照组41例(0.9%NS+常规方案化疗)。将同期常规化疗后血小板数低于正常值的90例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为C治疗组45例(参附注射液)和D对照组45例(0.9%NS)。以上四组治疗开始后每周复查血常规比较两组间PLT计数,A、B组化疗2周期后评价两组血小板受抑制状况,C、D组治疗2周后评价两组血小板恢复状况。结果 A、B两组化疗有效率相仿,但A治疗组血小板抑制发生5例,明显低于B对照组12例;C、D两组血小板值较治疗前均有所恢复,C治疗组血小板达正常值38例,D对照组血小板达正常值14例。结论参附注射液能明显改善恶性肿瘤化疗患者血小板抑制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Shenfu Injection on platelet in patients with malignant tumor. Methods 83 cases of choice in 2013 January ~ 2014 year in May in our hospital diagnosed as malignant tumor chemotherapy and meet the conditions of the patients were randomly divided into A treatment group 42 cases( Shenfu Injection plus routine chemotherapy) and B in 41 cases of the control group( routine 0. 9 % NS + regimen). The routine chemotherapy platelet count below the normal value of 90 cases of malignant tumor were randomly divided into C treatment group 45 cases( Shenfu Injection) and D in 45 cases of the control group( 0. 9 % NS). Started more than four groups after treatment were compared between the two groups of weekly review the blood PLT counting,A,B group of 2 cycles of chemotherapy after the evaluation of two groups platelet inhibition condition,C,D group after 2 weeks of treatment,two groups of platelet recovery status evaluation. Results A,B two groups of effective chemotherapy rate was similar,but A treatment group platelet inhibition occurred in 5 cases,12 cases of control group were significantly lower than that of B; C,D two groups platelet values than before treatment was restored by C treatment group platelet reached the normal level in 38 cases,D group 14 patients reached normal values of platelet.
