【摘要】 详细阐述了含碳化物等温淬火球墨铸铁(简称CADI)的国内外应用与研究现状,包括CADI在农机行业的应用、CADI用于挖掘机斗齿、CADI用于选矿耐磨件、CADI的腐蚀磨损性能研究以及CADI的热处理工艺研究。最后预测了CADI的发展趋势,防止实验室的研究结果和现场的应用情况相差很大,为使这种新型抗磨材料健康地发展,需要深入研究CADI的强化机制、腐蚀规律以及腐蚀磨损的机制,开发适用于CADI耐磨铸件的高效、低成本热处理设备是当务之急。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application and research status of carbidic austempered ductile iron(CADI in short)was intrduced which included applications in agricultural machinery industry,excavator bucket teeth,wear and corrosion properties,ore dressing wear parts,and heat treatment process. The last the development trend of CADI was predicted. In order to prevent the results vary widely between lab and industry applications and the healthy development of this new type of wear-resistant material,it was a priority to study the strengthening mechanisms,corrosion,corrosion wear mechanisms and developing cost-efficient heat treatment equipment of CADI.更多还原
