泵阀类铸件覆砂铁型铸造工艺及生产线

【摘要】 介绍了采用覆砂铁型铸造工艺生产泵阀类铸件的优点,详细阐述了采用覆砂铁型铸造工艺生产泵阀铸件的工艺设计方案:采用开放式浇注系统,浇口比为ΣF直:ΣF横:ΣF内=1:1.03:1.93,一型4件造型,2个内浇道两端同时进铁液,在横浇道处设置冒口,铸件型腔覆砂层厚度为8 mm,浇注系统覆砂层厚度为12 mm。利用数值模拟软件对铸件充型和凝固过程进行模拟分析,从而优化工艺设计,提高产品质量。通过对生产线的合理布置与设计,实现了泵阀类铸件的覆砂铁型铸造机械化生产,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。

【Abstract】 The advantages of using resin sand-coated iron mold casting process to produce valve type castings was introduced.The process design scheme of resin sand-coated iron mold casting process and production line of the valve type castings was elaborated. Open gating system was used and the gate rate was ΣFpouring:ΣFrunner:ΣFflow:=1:1.03:1.93. Four products made in one die and melt was poured at both sides of inner runner. A riser was set at the runner. Sand thickness was 8 mm at casting cavity and 12 mm at gating system. Using software for mold filling and solidification process simulation analysis to optimize process design,improve product quality. By reasonable arrangement production line and design,resin sand-coated iron mold casting process and production line of the valve type castings was set. It reduced labor intensity and improve production efficiency.
