南海筒螅水母亚目二新种(花水母亚纲,头螅水母目)
Two New Species of Suborder Tubulariida from the South China Sea(Anthomedusae,Capitata)
【摘要】 发现了采自南海的花水母亚纲(Anthomedusae Haeckel,1879)头螅水母目(Capitata Kühn,1913)筒螅水母亚目(Tubulariida Fleming,1828)的2个新种:1)囊水母科(Euphysidae Haeckel,1879)内胞水母属(Euphysilla Kramp,1955)管内胞水母(E.tubularia Huang,Xu et Lin,sp.nov.);2)筒螅水母科(Tubulariidae Fleming,1828)外肋水母属(Ectopleura L.Agassiz,1862)南海外肋水母(E.nanhaiensis Huang,Xu et Guo,sp.nov.).分别描述了两者的鉴别特征和形态特征,附形态图,并与同属相似种进行了比较.模式标本保存于国家海洋局第三海洋研究所.
【Abstract】 Samples of Tubulariida were collected from the South China Sea(0°-20°N,102°-115°E)in June-August,2012.Two new species,Euphysilla tubularia Huang,Xu et Lin,sp.nov.and Ectopleura nanhaiensis Huang,Xu et Guo,sp.nov.,are described in this paper.The type specimens are deposited in the Third Institute of Oceanography,State Oceanic Administration.The specific characteristics for diagnosis of two new species are as follows:i)Euphysilla tubularia Huang,Xu et Lin,sp.nov.Umbrella dome-shaped,without apical projection;exumbrella with scattered cnidocysts;manubrium large,extending not beyond umbrella margin;gonads in the upper part,tubular oral tube in the lower part;4short marginal tentacles,each with 9transverse nematocyst clasps on near adaxial side,with 4to 5circular nematocyst ribs on distal part and with prominent terminal knob of nematocysts;4broad,flat tentacle bulbs;4radial canals and one circular canal.ii)Ectopleura nanhaiensis Huang,Xu et Guo,sp.nov.Umbrella peal-shaped,without apical projection;exumbrella with 4pairs of longitudinal cnidocysts tracks originating from marginal bulbs,extending to apex of umbrella,along the edges of eight very prominent ridges;fairly long manubrium,about 4/5length of umbrella cavity,almost reaching velum but not beyond,with 4interradial saccus gonads on it;4perradial marginal bulbs,unequal sizes;two opposite perradial marginal bulbs larger than other two opposite non-tentacular bulbs,with short and hard tentacles,each tentacle with cyclical cnidocysts;4radial canals and one circular canal.
