【摘要】 目的分析内蒙古地区乙脑减毒活疫苗的疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)发生特征。方法对内蒙古2009-2013年乙脑减毒活疫苗接种后发生并报告的疑似预防接种异常反应进行调查分析。结果全自治区报告疑似预防接种异常反应242例,报告发生率12.79/10万,一般反应223例,异常反应占19例,无后遗症和严重不良反应报告。全年5-7月和10-11月是报告高峰期,接种疫苗后24 h内监测到AEFI病例197例。结论内蒙古使用乙脑减毒活疫苗安全性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the occurrence characteristics of suspected adverse events following immunization(AEFI) of JE-l vaccine and to assess the safety of the vaccine based on the population in Inner Mongolia. Methods The adverse events following immunization of JE-l vaccine were analyzed and researched between 2009 and 2013. Results 242 cases of AEFIs were reported and investigated with an incidence rate of 12.79 per 100000. Among them, the general reactions and vaccine abnormal reactions were 223 cases and 19 cases, respectively. No sequel or severe AEFI case was reported. The case number mounted to peak during May to July and October to November. Meanwhile, 197 cases of reactions were reported in 24 hours. Conclusion The JE-l Vaccine used in Inner Mongolia is safe.更多还原
