【摘要】 目的分析2011-2013年黔南州手足口病发病强度和流行特征,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法分析2011-2013年黔南州手足口病疫情资料。结果 2011-2013年黔南州共报告手足口病10 657例,年均报告发病率为109.77/10万,男性发病率为135.04/10万,女性发病率为82.26/10万,性别比为1.786∶1,。散居儿童、幼托儿童手足口病报告发病数分别占报告发病总数的83.47%和13.85%。0~5岁年龄组报告发病数占发病总数91.47%。发病高峰为4-6月,次高峰为11-12月。结论黔南州手足口病发病呈上升趋势且有明显的季节高峰,发病以散居儿童、幼托儿童发病为主,呈典型的婴幼儿高发;男性发病水平高于女性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD) in Qiannan state from 2011 to 2013, and to provide scientific evidence for performing preventive measures. Methods The descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the epidemic data of HFMD in Qiannan state from 2011 to 2013. Results A total of 10657 HFMD cases were reported with an annual incidence rate of 109.77/105.The incidence rate of males and females was 135.04/105 and 82.26/105(P<0.01). And the male-to-female ratio was 1.786:1. The scattered children and kindergarten children accounted for 83.47% and 13.85% of total reported cases respectively. And the cases of children below five years old accounted for 91.4 %. The peak incidence was between April and June. And the second peak was between November and December. Conclusion From 2011 to 2013, the incidence rate of HFMD was rising and showed a typical peak in Qiannan state.Most of patients were scattered children and kindergarten children, especially the children under five years old. And the incidence rate in male was higher than that in female. It is necessary to strengthen health promotion and education to improve the prevention awareness about HFMD in public, enhance the monitoring the epidemic trend of HFMD, and implement the epidemic warning and emergency response, in order to effectively prevent the spread of HFMD.更多还原
