【摘要】 目的了解射阳县农村18~69岁居民高血压前期患病率及影响因素,为制定该地区高血压防治策略提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,随机抽取该县4个镇8个村18~69岁居民进行入户问卷调查和体格检查,采用Logistic回归方法分析高血压前期的危险因素。结果本次研究共计调查1 598人,射阳县农村18~69岁居民高血压前期患者428人,患病率26.8%,其中,男性患病率为33.8%,女性患病率为21.6%,男性高于女性(P<0.001),差别有统计学意义。18~60岁这个年龄段内,随着年龄的增长,高血压前期患病率逐步增高。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,男性、高年龄、腰围大、高BMI是高血压前期患病的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论通过多种途径,落实控制体重和腰围、终止高血压膳食疗法、增加体力活动、减少饮酒,是预防高血压前期的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the present prevalence and influential factors of prehypertension among 18-69 years of age people in Sheyang County, and provide the scientific evidence for the prevention and control strategies of Hypertension. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted among residents aged 18-69 who were selected by multi-stage sampling in Sheyang. The investigation included household questionnaires and physical examinations. According to the characteristics of the data, logistic regression model was performed to analyze the risk factors of prehypertension. Results A total of 1598 residents in the survey and428 prehypertension patients were detected among 18-69 aged residents. The rate of prehypertension on Sheyang was 26.8%, and the prevalences of males and females were 33.8% and 21.6%, respectively. The difference of rates between males and females was significant difference(P=0.000). The prevalence of prehypertension increased with age. Logistic regression analysis showed that males, high age, WC and BMI were the risk factors of prehypertension. Conclusion A reasonable diet, weight and waist control,increasing physical activities and reducing alcohol are effective methods for hypertension prevention.更多还原
