【摘要】 目的通过对精神分裂症患者的社交技能训练干预研究文献进行系统评价,探讨社交技能训练对精神分裂症患者的精神症状和社会功能恢复等方面的影响。方法检索中国知网、维普、万方等电子数据库,收集2004-2014年期间有关社交技能训练对精神分裂症患者干预效果与常规药物治疗相比较的随机对照研究文献,并采用Meta分析进行系统评价。结果共纳入14篇符合标准的文献。Meta分析结果显示,与常规药物治疗对照组相比,实施社交技能训练干预能改善反映精神分裂症患者社会功能和精神症状等的SDSS量表和PANSS量表得分,其SMD(95%CI)分别为3.42(2.15,4.70)、2.37(1.21,3.53)。结论社交技能训练能缓解患者的精神症状,提高精神分裂症患者的日常生活能力和社会功能,对患者回归社会有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The study systematically evaluated research literatures on the intervening effect of social skill training on patients with schizophrenia, and explored the effect of social skill training on mental symptoms and social function recovery of schizophrenia patients. Methods Research articles published between 2004 and 2014 on randomized controlled trials comparing the intervening effect of social skill training with that of routine medications on patients with schizophrenia were obtained from electronic databases, including CNKI, VIP, and Wan Fang; and were systematically evaluated by meta-analysis. Results A total of14 articles complying with the criteria were included. Meta-analysis showed that social skill training could improve the scores on social function and mental symptoms of schizophrenia patients in the Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS) [SMD=3.42, 95%CI(2.15, 4.70) ] and Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) [SMD=2.37, 95%CI(1.21, 3.53) ] as compared with the control group. Conclusion Social skill training can alleviate mental symptoms and improve daily life activities and social function of schizophrenia patients, and is thus positive in helping patients to return to the society.更多还原
