鲍曼不动杆菌病原菌分布及耐药性分析
Analysis of the distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii
【摘要】 目的探讨鲍曼不动杆菌的病原菌分布及耐药性,为临床抗感染治疗提供依据。方法对86株鲍曼不动杆菌常规进行细菌培养与鉴定,药敏采用K-B纸片扩散法。结果共分离出鲍曼不动杆菌86株,痰标本占73株(84.88%),其中头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的耐药率最低为13.95%,其次为米诺环素(27.91%)和阿米卡星(31.40%)。对亚胺培南的耐药率己达53.49%。其他10种抗菌药物均呈现不同程度的耐药。结论鲍曼不动杆菌对抗生素呈现多重耐药,临床应根据药敏结果,合理选择抗菌药物。
【Abstract】 Objective The objective of the study was to investigate the distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii,and thus to provide a reference for the development of anti-infection treatments. Methods 86 strains of A. baumannii were cultured and identified by routine methods, and drug sensitivity of the strains was tested by the Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion assay. Results A total of 86 strains of A. baumannii were isolated; wherein, 73 strains were from sputum specimens(84.88%). The strains were least resistant against cefoperazone/sulbactam(13.95%), followed by minocycline(27.91%), and were 31.40% resistant against amikacin and 53.49% resistant against imipenem; the strains exhibited different degrees of drug resistance against other 10 antibiotics.Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii is resistant against multiple antibiotics. Therefore, the rational use of antibiotics should be based on the results of drug sensitive tests in clinics.
