【摘要】 目的了解西安市大骨节病区小学生对大骨节病认知情况,为制定有针对性的策略措施提供依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样法,以7所病区学校1 076名小学生为研究对象,用自行设计的问卷进行自填式调查。结果调查对象的大骨节病相关知识总体正确率为24.79%,各项知识正确率8.74%从到46.65%不等;不同年级、病区学生的知识正确率不同,高年级学生和重病区小学生的知识正确率分别高于低年级学生和轻病区小学生(P值均小于0.05)。345名(占38.63%)名小学生通过电视广播了解到大骨节病防治知识,366名(占34.01%)小学生喜欢从电视广播上了解大骨节病防治知识。结论西安市大骨节病病区小学生对大骨节病的认知现况较差,不同人口学特征学生知识知晓率差异明显。应针对不同特征人群制定有针对性的健康教育策略和措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the knowledge of KBD among the pupils in KBD areas of Xi’an, and give basic scientific information about this disease for further investigation. Methods Using the stratified random cluster sampling method, 1076 pupils randomly selected from 7 schools in the KBD areas were interviewed with a self-designed questionnaire. Results The total correct rate of KBD-related knowledge was 24.79% and the rates were from 8.74% to 46.65%. The correct rate of KBD-related knowledge was different between the different grades and endemic areas. The rate was higher in the high grades and serious endemic areas compared with the lower grades and minor endemic areas(P<0.05). 345 pupils(38.63%) got KBD knowledge from TV broadcasts,while 366 pupils(34.01%) were willing to get KBD knowledge from TV broadcasts. Conclusion The status of KBD-related knowledge among the pupils in the KBD areas of Xi’an were not optimistic. The pupils’ awareness rates between different demographic characteristics are different. Specific health education programs should be promoted among the pupils.更多还原
