【摘要】 目的研究纳米卫生巾的微生物污染状况、抗菌效果及使用安全性。方法依据GB15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准的要求》附录B和附录C5.1的要求对纳米卫生巾进行微生物污染和非溶出性抗(抑)菌产品抑菌性能的测试和评价;依据《消毒技术规范》(2002版)第2.3.5条和第2.3.6条的要求进行阴道黏膜刺激试验和皮肤变态反应并进行评价。结果结果显示,纳米银卫生巾微生物污染各项指标均符合GB15979-2002的规定;在试验条件下对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC6538)和大肠杆菌(8099)有抗菌作用,抗菌率之差分别为63.8%和75.1%(>26%);纳米银卫生巾对实验动物阴道黏膜的刺激指数为"0.23",刺激强度分级属无刺激性;在激发后24和48 h观察,纳米银卫生巾试验组所有动物均未出现红斑及水肿反应,致敏率0%,按致敏强度分级标准受试物致敏强度为未见皮肤变态反应。结论纳米银卫生巾是一款既有抗菌性能又没有任何刺激性和致敏性的新型产品,特有的抗菌性能可以保持接触面洁净,减少细菌滋生,消除异味困扰,带给女性科学卫生的健康生活。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the microbial contamination, antibacterial effects and security of nano-silver antibacterial sanitary napkins. Methods According to the appendices B and C5.1 of "the requirements of hygienic standard for disposable sanitary products" GB 15979-2002, we tested and evaluated microbial contamination status and non-eluting anti(suppression) bacteria products’ antibacterial performance of nano-silver antibacterial sanitary napkins. We conducted vaginal mucous membrane irritation test and skin allergy according to the requirements of "Technical Standard for Disinfection"(2002) ’2.3.5’ and ’2.3.6’ of nano-silver antibacterial sanitary napkins. Results The results show that every item of microbial contamination of nano-silver antibacterial sanitary napkins is in line with the provisions of GB15979-2002. Nano-silver antibacterial sanitary napkins had an antibacterial effect on staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538 and escherichia coli 8099, and under the experimental conditions, the difference of antimicrobial rate were 63.8% and 75.1%(>26%), respectively. Index of vaginal mucous membrane irritation of nano-silver antibacterial sanitary napkins on animals was "0.23", and the grade of stimulus intensity was non-irritating. 24 h and 48 h after excitation, there were no erythema and edema reaction in all anials of experimental group, and the rate of sensitization was 0, which belonged to no skin allergy according to grading standards of sensitization strength. Conclusion Nano-silver antibacterial sanitary napkins is a kind of new product with antibacterial property and has no irritation and allergy. Its unique antibacterial properties can maintain contacting surfaces clean, reduce the growth of bacteria, eliminate odor problems, and bring scientifical and healthy life to women.更多还原
